This means that for 5 years from the date of purchase, we will take care of your product if any damage occurs due to workmanship. We will repair or replace an item under warranty if it is due to a manufacturing defect in material or workmanship, but it does not cover user neglect or abuse. This means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of The MARQE.
